I would like to find individuals who will help make this property come to life in all the ways I dreamed for it when I purchased it 3 years ago.

I’ve done some remodeling and infused it with a lot of healing energy and love.

Now it is ready for things like organic food gardens, and more home-making magic.

It needs inhabitants who will clean the gutters, enjoy fixing up little things here and there over time to make it shine, and generally love it like it is their home.

If I can remain a member of the household, that would be great.

But I have other homes and do not need to occupy space there if there is not room.

Or, I can just use a few of the spaces for storage and let you have the house to yourselves.

Basically, there are three bedrooms available right now.

One is a giant loft-studio. One a King bed. One a Queen bed.

Another room is set up as a study/tv lounge.

With these rooms occupied by renters, there is still room for me to have my camper in the driveway and 2 small rooms in the house for my personal use on the occasions that I am in town. I will be traveling most of the time. But would be happy to come home to a sweet house and tribe.

I would like to leave it furnished unless/until it sells.

I’m willing to consider various rental arrangements, depending on the individuals interested.

Including a lease with first option to buy if/when I decide to list. But, I will not list this Summer/Fall if I find the right renter(s).

The main objective is to find individuals who will care for the property and my furnishings and make a long term commitment. Minimum 1-year lease.

Rate will be either $700/room or $1,800 for all three rooms in one lease for a family of 1-3. Basic utilities included. Cable/WiFi additional.

Or, $2,4000 for the fully furnished home, except one small room and some space in the big basement for landlord storage.
